I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’m not a winter person. Our Europe trip really can’t come soon enough!
We’ve been busily saving moolah and planning our next adventure to the coast of Spain, France & Italy which means selecting my wardrobe carefully with pieces that I can layer through winter and take with me when we pack our bags late August. Thankfully this Winter we’ve been blessed with the most glorious winter sunshine on the coast, and I ain’t complaining.
I found this wrap dress by Backstage from Glue Store recently and also picked up a fresh pair of cons which are my go-to shoe for travel, and life (like, errrry day of life). My white leather cons walked me through Norway, Croatia & Greece this time last year and pretty much every day since. Just Amen to cons. The alternative for winter though is a good otn boot and a thigh length coat, such a cute look this season! Who.needs.pants.anyway.
I’m in love with the flared sleeve detail of this dress, and can’t go past a good polka dot print. Such a flattering cut, and paired with a leather jacket it’s kind of my perfect outfit, although I totally flashed some workers on their smoko thanks to the gusty wind on the pier, aaand pretty sure it made their day. Insert blushing emoji. All of the lols.
