I had a style epiphany in NZ while rummaging through my suitcase trying to piece together the perfect FW outfit (I had barely unpacked from Europe when I threw a few things in a bag and left for NZ!). So I’m disorganised, yes. That’s not new information. What I did realise however is that… I am also basic.
I enjoy basics. I love simplicity. Minimalistic styling, monochromatics & neutrals are my every day uniform. More specifically, these One Teaspoon ripped jeans are my uniform. So then, why do I stress myself trying to be ott with my ootd? I’ve decided to observe K.I.S.S principles in my everyday outfit decision making… #keepitsimplestupid!
So, here I am, wearing ripped jeans (with heels of course) and an oversized shirt to NZFW. I felt comfortable & confident in this outfit, for what was a chilled and really relaxed week.
This outfit is me to a tee, and you’ll be seeing more of this simple styling.
The coat is Interval, the basic oversized white shirt is Cotton On, Bag is from Witchery, Sunnies are Versace from Sunglass Hut, Watch Nicole Vienna, & Heels Tony Bianco.
